I°) The three sides are known dimensions 


Construct a triangle ABC such as 

AB = 5 cm, BC = 4 cm and AC = 2,5 cm

Step 1 : It is constructed with the ruler segment [AB] of 5 cm.

Step 2 : It takes the compass spacing of 4 cm and plot the arc of a circle with center B

Step 3 : It takes the compass spacing of 2.5 cm and plot the arc of a circle with center A. The two arcs intersect at C.




II°) One side and two angles are known dimensions 


Construct a triangle ABC such as  

AB = 6 cm,  and

Step 1 : It is constructed with the ruler segment [AB] of 6 cm.

Step 2 : Place the rapporteur on the point A. We measure the angle of 65° and trace the ray from point A.

Step 3 : Place the rapporteur on the point B. We measure the angle of 35 ° (note the reading direction) and plot the ray origin B.

Step 4 : The two half-lines are intersecting C.
